Howies Dyfi Enduro 2009

I had a good weekend at the Howies Dyfi Enduro. Its a great event that seems to capture the esence of a small festival combined with a grueling enduro. Much more than your average MTB event. The race (or challange) was organsied by really friendly… Continue

Glad you're biking well.. stick with it through the winter and you'll be flying next year..
I'm gonna be running loads on top of what biking i can do so fingers crossed for a better year in 2010.
Hopefully with Team FS coming out strong and in new kit we should get some good placings!

Hey..
Decided not to do it rather than start and then fail.. I'm having problems with my back AGAIN which flares up after only around 20 minutes on the bike now so any long rides are out of the question until its resolved..
Got some stretching and strengthening exercises from the Osteopath last week so we'll see how it goes...
I'm still biking but i generaly only manage a lap of Llandegla and then i'm in agony..
Wierd thing is, i can still run without any problems so it's gonna be back to the drawing board with my position on the bike..
I'm in training now for the Puma Hell Run in November and i'm really looking forward to that!!
How's things with you?.. You out biking much?
Michael

Cute cat!.. Max would have some fun with that!
No worries about Merida..
Went to the Osteopath on Sat morning and had my spine ripped apart and put back together....
Hurt like hell the next day but hopefully the stretches he gave me will help my problem.
I'm probs only gonna manage 25k at this rate anyway but it's a free t-shirt!!..
Hopefully catch up with you and some of the FS guys soon for a forum ride???!!!

Depending how i feel through it, there are cut off's for 50 and 75km so can cut off early if i don't think i can manage 100km..
Let me know what you decide and we can meet up at the start..
